Documents for export

When a car is to be picked up for export to another country which documents do I need?

Documents

  1. Formal registration of the buyer’s business
  2. Commercial register of the buyer’s company
  3. Tax ID number
  4. Valid identity card
  5. Certificate of authority (in case you send a driver to pick up the product)
  6. Company stamp

Registration of the car

Facsimile, Telefax / Photocopies

Please make sure that any copies you present are in very good quality, that they present front side and back side where required, that all signatures are made with a blue ink pen and that the telefax machine you use will provide the required quality of transmission.

Time of arrival

Please arrive between 9 - 10:00h in the morning at our office.

To which countries do you ship your cars?

Worldwide, with very few exceptions. Get in contact with your destination details and we’ll confirm it — if possbile.
